We will gladly accept returns of any item(s) for which you are not satisfied within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in unused and original
condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please send an email for an authorization code and return instructions, prior to returning the merchandise. Credit will be given upon receipt of undamaged merchandise.
All returns must be pre-approved.
Our pieces are well made; however, we suggest that you handle all items with care. We will gladly repair items within 30 days of receipt. If pieces are missing, additional charges may be incurred. Please contact us for more information.

We charge a flat rate of $4.85 for orders
under $50. Orders $50 to $99 will be charged $8.10 (this includes
handling, packing materials and shipping costs) and free shipping
on all orders over $100!
The size of an item is usually listed under the
item. However, if you need it to be sized larger or
smaller, please let us know in the comment box of the
order form or
send us an email. We will try our best to accommodate your
request.
Because our jewelry is handmade, supplies are limited. We
will contact you if an item you wish to purchase is
